Is the first session really free?

Yes. Book an intro and you’ll get a full session plus a tour and a quick assessment — no card details, no obligation.

I’m a complete beginner. Will I fit in?

Absolutely. Most of our members started exactly there. Every program scales, and a coach sets your starting point on day one.

Are there lock-in contracts?

None. All memberships are rolling month-to-month. Pause or cancel any time with a week’s notice.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes — freeze for up to three months a year for travel, injury or life. Just let the front desk know.

Do you have parking and showers?

On-site parking, full changing rooms, showers and towel service are included with every membership tier.
